Refactored pagina/mundo/paises/judiciario.php to centralize database operations with try/catch and standardize JSON responses for POST actions. Updated gabinete.php and min_da_saude/gabinete.php with improved status handling, date formatting, and form/UI refinements.

Refactor military panel CSS and remove unused PHP files

Removed obsolete pagination and military sector styles from pagina-painel-comando.css, replacing them with updated dashboard, actions, and factory module styles. Deleted two unused PHP files (painel copy.php and painel copy 2.php) and updated painel.php to reflect these changes.

Refactor economy (gabinete.php) page CSS and update SQL procedures

Removed pagination styles and commented out some paddings in pagina-da-economia.css. Updated the aplicar_pj_executivo_federal procedure in backup_functions_recente.sql to improve handling of duplicate war declarations and made minor SQL corrections. No functional changes to gabinete.php.
